Are you a graduate of Manchester High School, looking to study, or are now studying in Canada? We understand that transitioning to life and studies in a new country can be both exciting and challenging—especially financially.
The Toronto Chapter has initiated a scholarship to support newcomers to Canada who are pursuing post-secondary education and need extra help covering educational expenses.
Each year the fund awards at least one student, in the amount of CAN$1,000.
Prospective candidates must meet ALL eligibility criteria as listed below:
- Graduate of Manchester High School (MHS) Jamaica .
- Must already be registered in a post-secondary institution in Canada.
- Must demonstrate financial need.
Participation in extracurricular activit(y/ies) while enrolled at MHS is an asset.
